When I got to campus today I checked my mailbox and discovered a letter from the Dean of the College of Education and Human Development. Here is the opening paragraph:
"I am happy to inform you that you are the recipient of a Faculty Recognition Award. This is a monetary award, given, from time to time, to those who exemplify faithful service and dedication in their employment at BYU-Idaho. We really appreciate your good example and the effort you give to bless the lives of students and colleagues."
WOW is all I can say. I do not know who made the recommendation or how this came about, but I appreciate the sentiment very much.
