I hate you new software

Oh yes we got new software for the doctor's office.  Actually that's not exactly true.  We got an updated version, which I hate!  It is not user friendly to say the least.  One of the front office staff has been gone the last 2 days visiting an office in Twin Falls that has been using the software for some time now to see if we can get some helpful hints.  That means I have been at the front desk trying to help patients and doing my job with insurance too.  Yikes!  It was awful today.
