WOW at Albertson's

I just got back from a quick run to the grocery store (I'm spending the afternoon making a huge batch of tomato sauce and I needed some ingredients) and I was witness to one of my pet peeves. From two aisles away I heard a lady screaming. When I came around the corner I saw that she was standing at the self checkout line and, while loading groceries onto the ledge, was yelling at someone on the other end of her cell phone. I can tell you she was disputing a bill and saying they had charged her incorrectly because she canceled the plan a year ago and that she would never have anything to do with this carrier ever again. Yikes - I wanted to yell, "I CAN HEAR YOU!"
