I just got home from the local health food store where I purchased some vitamins. I took them to the counter and the clerk rang them up. "Are you over 65?" she asked. I must have stared at her funny because she quickly added, "You don't look like it, but I want you to get the discount if you qualify." Yikes - it's cold and cloudy with a possibility of snow and now this!

I got the same senario at a McDonalds by work; I asked for the $1 coke and when they gave it to me the clerk said "I only charged you .64 cents because that is our senior citizen price!!! I said oh, thanks and felt tears well up in my eyes....
