Three Wonderful Days

Bruce was asked in January to be a speaker at BYU-Idaho Education Week. The event was held this past Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Jen and I were able to attend all three days (Nick came with us this morning to hear the last lecture). Bruce spoke on learning by faith, teaching by faith, and true doctrine understood changes behavior and hearts. The classes were wonderful and the Spirit was strong. I learned (among many other truths) that when we learn by faith we can ask and expect Heavely Father to help us. When we understand the "why" of being obedient to a gospel principle, we can rely on the Holy Ghost to teach us the "how." He was so powerful as he taught - he's a good one, I think I'll keep him.
