Laptop vs Truck

Before Bruce went running this morning he took the school's laptop out of his truck and set it on the garage floor. When he got home from running he forgot he had put it there and as he entered the garage heard a crunch sound. Wondering what it could have been that he ran over, he got out and looked. WOW! The bag has tire marks on it and it looks like the computer is dead. We are leaving for Minneapolis tomorrow (that is why he brought it home) and had to call his secretary to see if she could get a new one. Embarrassed? I think you can guess the answer to that. This is what the screen looks like when you turn it on - lots of black screen and some drippy stuff.

Tami just called and I told her about this. Her comment: "I'll bet Dad wishes he could press control, alt, delete." His back to her: "Hey, no one else in the family has run over a computer!"
